On this month ’ s cover , we investigate how Datacenter United set out to do the ‘ impossible ’ and earn a Tier IV Certification of Constructed Facility ( TCCF ) for its Antwerp data centre . Featuring on the cover is Ogy Smet , CTO , Datacenter United , who , along with Friso Haringsma , CEO , Datacenter United , talks to me about how the organisation was awarded the certification from Uptime Institute and what this meant for business . Turning our attention to the US data centre market , we take a look at findings from a new CBRE report which highlights why the Hillsboro market ranked fourth in the US for data centre leasing activity and new supply in H1 2022 and why it has sparked interest for data centre investment .
