Khazna Data Centres , one of the largest wholesale data centre providers in the Middle East and North Africa , has signed a Memorandum of Understating ( MoU ) with GDS IDC Services ( GDS ), to discuss how to collaborate on cooperation and development of wholesale data centres across Greater China , Asia-Pacific ( APAC ) and the Middle East regions . This cooperation is intended to provide a framework for joint activities between Khazna Data Centres and GDS to support the strategic development of digital infrastructure in various markets and regions including Greater China .

4 . AFRICA
The Raxio Group ( Raxio ), a leading pan-African data centre developer and operator , held a ground-breaking ceremony that formally kicked off the construction of its premier Tier-III carrier-neutral colocation data centre , located at Beluluane Industrial Park ( MozParks ) in Maputo , Mozambique ( Raxio MZ1 ). The event was attended by members of the government , including the Governor of Maputo Province , His Excellency , Julio Parruque , executives of MozParks , members of the media , customers and senior representatives of the Raxio Group .
