Tell us about your office space optimisation and employee wellbeing approach
Our new HQ office includes modern, energy-efficient workspaces designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity. The building will integrate smart building management systems and will optimise lighting, HVAC and power consumption, reducing overall energy use. Employee well-being is prioritised through design elements, including large windows for natural light, plant integration, and access to outdoor spaces like the flower and wildlife gardens.
Are there specific R & D initiatives or testing capabilities being integrated into the new HQ that will directly contribute to lower energy consumption and reduced environmental impact of your product lines?
The new facility will house advanced testing labs for airflow dynamics, thermal efficiency, and system optimisation, supporting the development of highefficiency cooling systems.
