VERTIV LAUNCHES ONECORE TO SPEED UP DATA CENTRE DEPLOYMENT FOR AI AND HPC

The end-to-end system combines Vertiv’ s power, cooling and IT infrastructure into a single, pre-assembled package, designed to quickly deploy scalable infrastructure for AI, highperformance computing( HPC) and high-density data centres over 5 MW.

Designed to accelerate high-density data centre deployments, Vertiv OneCore simplifies project execution by reducing onsite complexity and compressing timelines. The solution is now available globally for a range of deployments, including enterprise, colocation, sovereign and neocloud environments.
The solution is suitable for data centres with mixed loads or extreme rack densities. Its modular electrical and mechanical designs support parallel manufacturing to enable compressed timelines and reductions in costs.
“ Vertiv OneCore is our answer to the need for reducing complexity and enabling speed in building data centre capacity at scale,” said Viktor Petik, senior vice president of infrastructure solutions at Vertiv.“ We know the challenge isn’ t just designing for today’ s needs but building an adaptable foundation for the future. This solution reduces project
complexity by standardising key components while preserving the flexibility to scale and evolve, expand easily and integrate new technologies as business and IT requirements evolve.”
substation in Chile. When combined with a VAT facility, the total financing package reaches US $ 328 million.
The deal was backed by a consortium of four top-tier global banks – MUFG, SMBC, BNP Paribas and Natixis – with MUFG also acting as company advisor.

Scala Data Centers, Latin America’ s leading platform for sustainable digital infrastructure serving the hyperscale market, has secured its first international project finance transaction, unlocking US $ 254million in long−term funding to support the construction of three hyperscale datacentres and a major power

The transaction underwent exhaustive due diligence processes across multiple legal jurisdictions, including US and Chilean law. This level of scrutiny validated the strength of Scala’ s governance model and operational standards, while also highlighting the company’ s maturity as a highperforming infrastructure platform. It stands as a clear endorsement of Scala’ s creditworthiness, long-term vision and solid business fundamentals.
“ This transaction marks a strategic evolution in how we fund and scale digital infrastructure in the region. It’ s more than a financing deal, it’ s a signal to the market that Scala delivers excellence with transparency, and sustainability,” said Clayton Malheiros, CFO of Scala Data Centres.“ We’ ve successfully built a robust, green structure capable of supporting longterm growth, while maintaining cost efficiency and high operational standards.”
