LexisNexis Risk Solutions launched its APAC data centre in Malaysia to better serve the Asian market. This new facility reinforces the company’ s commitment to delivering secure and high-performance digital identity and fraud prevention solutions across the region. The Malaysia-based facility processes data to support key markets in APAC, including North Asia, Southeast Asia and Australia. The APAC data centre enhances performance and stability for our local customers to support their growth in the region. LexisNexis Risk Solutions designed this facility based on its existing global data centres to provide regional customers with full access to its LexisNexis Digital Identity Network.
AUSTRALIA
ABB, in collaboration with IPD, is transforming the data centre landscape with cuttingedge ultra-low harmonic( ULH) variable speed drives, delivering unmatched energy efficiency, reliability and sustainability for mission-critical infrastructure. ABB’ s ULH drives offer a scalable solution to these challenges, intelligently adjusting cooling systems based on server load and environmental conditions. This enables operators to reduce energy consumption by up to 25 % during non-peak hours, while maintaining optimal operating conditions and extending equipment lifespan. As data centres face mounting pressure to scale efficiently and meet green targets, ABB’ s ULH drives provide a future-ready solution that enhances power quality, reduces energy waste and supports smarter infrastructure design.
USA
DartPoints, a leading regional provider of colocation, cloud and interconnection solutions, announced a US $ 125 million expansion of its Greenville County, South Carolina data centre. The project increases total capacity from 2.5MW to 12.5MW, adding 88,000 square feet of high-density space engineered for AI, enterprise and edge applications. The Greenville expansion will deliver critical infrastructure for regional enterprises and universities that rely on high-performance computing, research and analytics to drive AI innovation. Each facility is purpose-built to meet rising power and cooling demands from modern applications, helping organisations operate with greater speed, efficiency and resilience closer to where their data is created.
INDIA
