According to DC Byte, Finland recorded a Total IT Load CAGR of more than 70 % between 2020 and 2025, making it the second-fastest growing data centre market in Europe. That growth is not being driven by one single factor. Instead, Finland has assembled a rare combination of advantages that are increasingly difficult to find elsewhere in Europe: plentiful power, brownfield industrial land, strong connectivity, political stability and a renewable-heavy energy mix.
