BDX DATA CENTERS LAUNCHES FIRST PHASE OF 500MW RENEWABLE- POWERED AI CAMPUS IN INDONESIA

BDx Indonesia – a joint venture ( JV ) of BDx Data Centers , Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison ( Indosat or IOH ) – and Lintasarta , have announced the Phase-1 completion of its AI campus CGK4 in Jatiluhur , Indonesia .

The CGK4 campus is Indonesia ’ s first renewable-powered AI data centre park scalable up to 500MW .
The renewable-powered CGK4 facility offers high-power density of up to 120kW per rack , innovative liquid cooling technologies and high-speed connectivity that enable it to meet the demands of Generative AI workloads .
The dedicated AI data centre , supported by an integrated 24 / 7 on-site team within the campus , offers customers unparalleled reliability with eight layers of security , reinforced by industryleading certifications .

This comes after Pure DC recently reached full operating capacity at its north London campus . The completion of Data Halls 3 and 4 in Brent Cross , London , marks the company ’ s first fully available customer-occupied data centre , with a capacity of 20MW .
Work has already begun on an adjacent site , which will take the overall capacity at the London campus to over 80MW , with scope to extend even further .
Pure ’ s next campus due to transition into live operations is located in Yas Island , Abu Dhabi , which will provide 45MW of capability . It is due to complete its first phase in early 2025 and will be Pure DC ’ s first venture in the Middle East .
