DATASCOPE AND BCEI SIGN GLOBAL DATA CENTRE ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT
Burr Computer Environments, INC( BCEI) and DataScope have announced the signing of a global enterprise agreement that will see DataScope’ s full software suite deployed across all BCEI data centre projects worldwide – including those designed alongside leading provider, EdgeConnex.
The strategic partnership reinforces both BCEI and DataScope’ s commitments to delivering high-performance data centres efficiently – without compromising on safety, quality or operational excellence.
The enterprise agreement builds on a strong and proven partnership between DataScope and BCEI that began in September 2020, with the development of the DataTouch Daily Site Co-ordination system in Santiago, Chile.
Since then, the relationship has expanded across several data centre campuses globally, including Brussels, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Chicago, Atlanta, New Albany and Austin.
Over this period, DataScope has provided BCEI with real-time visibility of labour allocation, site attendance and competency tracking, greater control and auditing of high-risk activities and improved collaboration and communication.
Furthermore, BCEI has been able to digitally manage all critical health and safety processes, such as permits, safety communications, RAMS and safety observations.
In fact, with safety remaining central to BCEI’ s operating model, implementing DataScope’ s software has leveraged real-time safety metrics to support proactive risk mitigation across all its projects.
As a result of the enterprise partnership, BCEI will unlock greater economies of scale, consistent global reporting and enhanced control over its expanding data centre portfolio, while continuing to drive productivity gains and uphold the highest safety standards.
“ Data centre delivery is evolving rapidly and our clients demand both predictability and absolute reliability,” said Jason Crowell, Environmental, Health & Safety Director at BCEI.“ This global agreement ensures we have the digital backbone to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards across every region we operate in.”
