BLACK & WHITE ENGINEERING COMPLETES GLOBAL FOOTPRINT WITH NORTH AMERICA LAUNCH

UK-headquartered Black & White Engineering, a global engineering design consultancy specialising in missioncritical buildings and infrastructure, has opened two offices in the US as it establishes its North America operation.

The US expansion is the latest stage in a period of significant growth for Black & White Engineering. Virginia and Florida form the first phase of the US expansion, creating a local presence from which Black & White will support clients and projects across North America. The new Virginia and Tampa locations take its global network to 34 locations with plans for an office opening in Texas already underway.
world’ s most important markets. North America is the final piece of the jigsaw in creating a truly global platform for our clients.
“ The timing could not be more exciting. AI and digital infrastructure investment are driving extraordinary levels of demand, scale and technical complexity, and that sits right at the heart of what Black & White Engineering does.
“ We already have projects underway, strong local leadership in place and the full backing of more than 1,300 colleagues across our One Global Team. This is the start of a very significant chapter for Black & White Engineering.”
Black & White is already delivering in the US, providing multidisciplinary master planning and early-stage engineering services for hyperscale data centre campuses and AI factories, establishing the technical and spatial frameworks for phased delivery and long-term expansion.
“ Establishing Black & White Engineering in the US is a landmark moment for our business,” said Mick Cairns, Chairman and CEO at Black & White Engineering.“ For 19 years, we have built our reputation, technical capability and culture across some of the

Texas Instruments( TI) has announced the first analogue-todigital converter( ADC) to enable 24 / 7, low-power, eventbased remote monitoring at nanosecond resolution.

As AI workloads rapidly increase, data centre operators face significant challenges around power instability, inadequate realtime monitoring and signal degradation, all of which can lead to costly downtime. TI is addressing these challenges through its new ADC device and other analogue solutions designed to tackle the challenges of scaling AI infrastructures.
As the industry’ s first solution to offer fully remote, event-based telemetry, the device eliminates the need for on-site debugging and oscilloscopes. By providing continuous, high-resolution monitoring of low-voltage, high-current power rails, the ADC34DSO75 helps data centres minimise downtime – which can cost operators hundreds of thousands of dollars an hour – while optimising grid power efficiency. This compact, efficient solution offers hyperscalers unmatched remote diagnostic capabilities at a fraction of the size and cost of conventional monitoring methods.
“ As AI workloads drive massive scale, the need for real-time visibility and architectural stability has never been greater,” said Karthik Vasanth, Vice President and General Manager for

TI’ s Data, Converters and Clocks business unit.“ By delivering industry-leading solutions for high-speed telemetry, advanced power protection and precision timing, TI is enabling hyperscalers and operators to design the next generation of AI data centres with optimised performance and minimal downtime.”
